Role Outline

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a well-regarded Commercial Litigation team handling a broad range of complex and high-value disputes for commercial clients across a variety of sectors.

The role offers exposure to a wide mix of contentious matters including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, injunctions and wider commercial litigation work.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years PQE

• Experience within commercial litigation/dispute resolution

• Strong technical and drafting skills

• Commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice

• Ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of supervision

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
