Role Outline
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team advising a broad range of commercial, public sector and healthcare clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The role offers exposure to a varied workload including complex employee relations issues, Employment Tribunal litigation, restructures and redundancies, TUPE, discrimination and whistleblowing matters, as well as strategic advisory and day-to-day HR support.
Key Requirements

Strong employment law experience across contentious and advisory matters

Experience managing Employment Tribunal claims
